Yuki Mori received the B.S. (1996), and the M.S. (1998) in physics from Keio University, Japan. Since 1998 she has been working for the Central Research Lab, Hitachi Ltd., on VLSI device and process technology. Her current researches are reliability physics in dynamic random access memories.
