Nobuhiro Tanabe received the B.S. (1988) and M.S. (1990) in physics from Osaka University, Osaka, Japan. In 1990, he joined NEC Corp. He is currently engaged in the research and development of ferroelectric memory LSIs. He is a member of the Japan Society of Applied Physics and the Institute of Electronics, Information and Communication Engineers.
