Wook H. Lee received the B.S. (1989) in physics from Kyungpook National University, Taegu, Korea, and the M.S. (1992) and Ph.D. (1997) in physics from the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology. He joined Samsung Electronics, Kiheung in 1997, where he was engaged in DRAM process architecture. After spending a year, he moved to FLASH team as a senior process integration engineer. He is currently conducting research on various aspects of the stability of FLASH cells.
