Deborah Tibel received the B.S. in materials engineering and the B.A. in physics from Wilkes University (1996). Currently she is primarily involved in metallization reliability, including both package level techniques and the development of VrLR techniques. Her interests and endeavors also include gate dielectric mechanisms. She has authored or coauthored four papers in both areas.
