Amitabh Chatterjee received the (Int.) M.Tech from IIT-Powai, India . He has been involved in research at Laser Physics Division, CAT- Indore from 1996-2000. He is currently a graduate student at Vanderbilt University working towards the Ph.D. His research interests include physics of semiconductors, break-downs in silicon, ultra-fast measurements, opto-electronics materials and optical signal transmission using all Si process.
