Silke Bargstaedt-Franke received the Ph.D. in physics from the University of Hamburg, Germany, on the field of molecular beam epitaxy of AlxGa1-xAs (1999). Then she joined Infineon Technologies, where she is currently working on the development of latch-up protection concepts of CMOS technologies with the main focus on device simulations.
