Kunihiro Suzuki received B.S. (1979),M.S. (1981), and Ph.D. (1996) in electronics engineering from Tokyo Institute of Technology, Tokyo, Japan. He joined Fujitsu Labs Ltd., Atsugi, Japan, in 1983 and has been engaged in design and modeling of high-speed bipolar and MOS transistors. He was a visiting researcher at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) Zurich, Switzerland in 1996 and 1997 where he studied process modeling. His current interests are process and device modeling. He is a member of IEEE.
