Vincent De Heyn, received the B.S. (1997) in physics engineering from the Universite Libre de Bruxelles, Belgium and the M.S. (1998) in electrical and electronics engineering from the University of Glasgow, UK. He then joined IMEC, Leuven, Belgium where he is currently involved in ESD protection design, simulation and characterisation on CMOS and high voltage MOS technologies.
