Peter J. Kuhn received the B.S. in physics (1980) and M.S. in electrical engineering (1988) from the University of TX at Austin. Prior to graduate school he worked for several years in the field of aerosol physics. His career in reliability began in 1988 at IBM and continued with Motorola in 1995 where he currently manages a reliability engineering group that focuses on developing reliable technologies for embedded non-volatile memories
