Amr Haggag received the B.S. (1996) in computer engineering and the M.S. (1999) in electrical engineering from University of Illinois at Urbana/Champaign. He is presently working toward the Ph.D. in electrical and computer engineering at the University of Illinois at Urbana/Champaign. His primary research interests include modeling of semiconductor devices and the reliability and physical CAD of high-performance chips which integrate one or more of the following: CMOS/BiCMOS logic, SRAM/DRAM/FRAM/Flash memories, optical interconnects and others.
