Shoou-yu Tang received the Ph.D. in physics from Colorado State University after coming from Taiwan where he completed B.S. in physics from National TsingHua University. Before he joined Hewlett Packard in 1997, he was an NIH NRSA postdoctoral follow working at CSU Femto-second dynamic lab of Biochemistry department on ultra-fast charge separation within photo-synthetic reaction center research. He is currently Reliability Engineer at the Network Products Operation of Agilent Technologies.
