J.K. Jerry Lee received the B.S. in physics from Fu-Jen University in Taiwan and the Ph.D. (1980) in materials science & engineering from the University of Pennsylvania . He has 10 years industry experience working at R & D divisions for various hard disk drive companies including Seagate and Western Digital and also spent 8 years in the General Products Division in IBM, San Jose. In 2000 he joined the Quality Assurance and Reliability Group at Xilinx Inc.
