Yuji Saito received the B.S. (1996) and M.S. (1999) in electronic engineering from Tohoku University, Sendai, Japan. He is currently pursuing the Ph.D. in electronic engineering at Tohoku University. His current research focus is on high-quality thin dielectric film growth technology.
