Enrique Miranda graduated in physics at the Universidad de Buenos Aires (1992) and received the Ph.D. in electronics engineering (1999) from the Universitat Autonoma de Barcelona, Spain. Now he is Assistant Professor of Physics at the Faculty of Engineering, Univerisdad de Buenos Aires. He is also pursuing the Ph.D. in physics. Since 1989 he is working at the Physics Device Lab-Microelectronics of the Universidad de Buenos Aires. Dr. Miranda is a member of the Argentine National Council of Sciences (CONICET). His research interests are tunneling and reliability of MOS devices.
