Stewart Rauch received the Ph.D. (1982) in electrical engineering from Lehigh University, Bethlehem, PA. Since joining IBM in 1982 he has held positions in Reliability and Design Areas. He is currently working on hot carrier reliability of sub-tenth micron CMOS devices.
