• Credit Cards (AMEX, MC, VISA, & Diners Club) will be accepted for Symposium Registration. Cash, checks, and travelers checks (U.S. currency U.S. banks) are accepted at the Door Registration. Make checks payable to: IEEE 2005 IRPS.
  
  
• Foreign Attendees who are not paying by credit card: Please do not remit fee with advance registration form. Advance Foreign Registrants will receive advance registration rates upon arrival. Only U.S. currency will be accepted. Go to Advanced Unpaid Desk upon arrival.
  
  
• Email confirmation [or post if no email] of Advance Registration by April 2, 2005 will be sent. Badge(s), receipt, Proceedings, CDROM, and other items such as Tutorial Notes must be picked up at the Symposium Registration Desk during registration hours when you arrive at the Symposium.
  
  
• Cancellation fees: $50 after April 2, 2005; Refunds (minus any cancellation fees) honored by written request up to April 8, 2005. No refunds after April 8.
  
  
• A set of Tutorial Notes for the Tutorials on Sunday and a set of Tutorial Notes for the Tutorials on Monday are included in the Tutorial Fee. A handout is planned for the Thursday afternoon Reliability Year-in-Review Seminar.
  
  
• Virtual 2005 IRPS on DVDROM and Virtual Reliability - Year-In-Review on DVDROM: Free shipping when ordered with your Symposium registration and will be shipped to your registeration address about 10 weeks after the Symposium.
  
  
• Book Your Hotel Room Early. If you are remotely considering attending IRPS 2004 you are encouraged to reserve a hotel room before the reservation deadline, March 19, as demand is high and our hold on the room block will be lost. If you decide not to attend you can cancel 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date. .
