The City of Phoenix has now notified the Hotel of the plan to close 2nd Street (Monroe to Washington as well as Monroe Street between 2nd and 3rd Street) to complete repaving in conjunction with the Phoenix Convention Center construction.
This will require the Hotel to temporarily re-locate the Front Drive/Arrival and limited Valet service location to the North Entrance/Monroe Street from Monday April 9 though Sunday April 15.

When:
Monday April 9 (Early AM) through Sunday April 15 - Second Street will be closed to all traffic. Sunday April 8 beginning at 11:00pm - The Regency Garage will be closed to parkers. No overnight parking will be allowed on Sunday night in the Regency Garage.

Monday April 16 through Wednesday April 18 - 2nd Street will remain closed at the intersection of 2nd Street and Adams for completion of decorative features. Hotel guests will have access to Hotel Entrance, Front Drive, Arrival and Valet services. The Regency Parking Garage will also be able to be accessed via adjacent streets.

Valet Parking:
The Hotel will be offering LIMITED Valet Parking during the closure.

Self Parking:
Guests who wish to self park will be provided maps and locations of various garages. The hotel will not be able to offer overnight self parking option as a room charge. Guests will be on their own for self parking at the prevailing rate of the garage they select. The hotel will not be able to offer any self parking validations during this closure. Hotel guests will be notified of this closure by letter at the Front Desk beginning Friday.
