• The symposium registration fee includes, both, a printed & CDROM copy of the symposium proceedings and will be handed out at the symposium registration desk.
  
  
• Credit Cards (AMEX, MC, VISA, & Diners Club) will be accepted for Symposium Registration. Cash, checks, and travelers checks (U.S. currency U.S. banks) are accepted at the Door Registration. Make checks payable to: IEEE 2007 IRPS.
  
  
• Foreign Attendees who are not paying by credit card: Please do not remit fee with advance registration form. Advance Foreign Registrants will receive advance registration rates upon arrival. Only U.S. currency will be accepted. Go to Advanced Unpaid Desk upon arrival.
  
  
• Email confirmation (or post if no email) of Advance Registration by 3/31/06 will be sent. Badge(s), receipt, proceedings, and tutorial notes, as applicable, must be picked up at the Symposium Registration Desk during registration hours when you arrive at the Symposium.
  
  
• Cancellation fees: $50 after March 31, 2007; Refunds (minus any cancellation fees) honored by written request up to April 10, 2007. No refunds after April 10.
  
  
• A set of Tutorial Notes for the Tutorials on Sunday is provided to those paying $290 advance / $340 door for the Sunday Tutorials. For those paying $290 advance / $340 door for the Monday Tutorials which includes the Year In Review, both, a set of Tutorial Notes and a separate Year In Review handout is provided. The combined Sunday-Monday Tutorial fee, $490 advance / $540 door, and the student tutorial fee, $190, gets you all three handouts.
  
  
• You can revisit your symposium experience by ordering the Virtual 2007 IRPS on computer DVD-R and/or the Virtual Reliability-Year-in-Review on computer DVD-R. Free shipping when ordered with your Symposium registration and will be shipped to your registeration address about 10 weeks and five weeks after the Symposium respectively.
  
  
• Book Your Hotel Room Early. If you are remotely considering attending IRPS 2007 you are encouraged to reserve a hotel room before the reservation deadline, March 17, as demand is high and our hold on the room block will be lost. If you decide not to attend you can cancel 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date. .
