Diffusion/Backdiffusion, what species? dispersive?

Which hypotheses are confirmed by experiment?

Which new experiments should be done?

Effects from boundaries, are there width-/length-effects?

Effects especially in small FETs

Sub-µs effects, recovery, universal recovery, effects of field on recovery Altogether this is meant to be an inventory of the physical effects for which there is really experimental evidence.

As a result of the workshop I would hope for a kind of agreement on the present status of knowledge on NBTI (which is probably expecting too much).
