Four things presenters are required to attend:

• Night-before A/V review of presentation - a little after 5 p.m.
• Speaker's Breakfast - the day of your talk - 7:00 a.m.
• Your presentation session
• Author's Corner at session coffee break and after session at least 10 min.

Authors Kits mailed December 5th (USA - Priority / Other registered Air Mail)

Likewise, to submit your electronic presentation file using the internet
(preferably compressed to reduce size and time to upload and download )
Using a ftp client, go to ftp://ftp.irps.org/pub/irps/incoming/

• log on as"anonymous"
• use your email address as your password
• upload your file
• quit
