The 39th International Reliability Physics Symposium (IRPS) will be held at the Wyndham Palace in the Walt Disney World Resort on April 30 - May 3, 2001. This year's symposium will include the excellent technical program, tutorials, workshops, equipment demonstrations, and social events that have become familiar trademarks of the IRPS. A new panel discussion is being planned following last year's successful panel on the future of oxide reliability. Additionally, a new emphasis on product reliability should be of interest to the attendees. Special social events taking advantage of the Walt Disney World setting are also being arranged.
