POSTER INSTRUCTIONS

The 2010 IEEE International Reliability Physics Symposium Technical Program Committee wants to thank you for your part in this year’s symposium.  We believe that the poster session plays a vital role by providing an informal and direct means of discussing relevant reliability topics. A poster display space of 48" × 48" will be reserved for you.  Generally, your work should be in Landscape format on 8½ × 11" or A4 paper with a maximum of twenty-four pages and should follow IRPS presentation format.

The use of large-format printers is also encouraged so that all your visuals can be shown on just one or two large sheets attached to the display board.   In this case, explicitly following IRPS presentation format is more difficult, but following certain IRPS recommendations, such as on font size for text and graphics, text and graphic color, etc., will make it more visible to your the audience.

Prepare your posters in the designated room on the conference level of the Hotel early (at your convenience) on Wednesday so they will be ready for the Arrangements Committee to arrange them for the Reception and Poster Session to be held Wednesday night May 5,  starting at 7:00 p.m.

In addition to your poster presentation, submit a full manuscript of your work for inclusion in the proceedings.  Please refer to the detailed papers instructions.  The 2010 IRPS proceedings is being copyrighted.

You are also asked to submit your posters either as powerpoint file or pdf for inclusion in pdf format in the Virtual 2010 IRPS (DVDROM set).  The consultants responsible for generating the Virtual 2010 IRPS are:
