IRPS Submission Information

Deadline for submissions October 1, 2010.

The link for submission is at the bottom of this screen. Please read everything on this screen before submitting your paper.

Deadline for submissions of abstracts to IRPS 2011 is October 1, 2010. Abstracts must be submitted electronically. Please do not email or mail hard copies to the conference office.

Abstract/Paper/Poster Submission: Your submission of original work should clearly and concisely state the specific results, why they are important, and how they relate to prior work. Please make sure to include enough information to clearly indicate the path to develop a final paper.

For Oral Presentations and Posters: Please submit a two-page abstract. Please do not submit a coversheet. Full manuscripts of accepted papers will be due before the conference.

    For all submissions:
  • A 50 word summary of your work
  • The technical category of submission
  • The type of submission (paper or poster)
  • Affiliations of all authors and contact information.

    Timeline:
  • Abstract Submission Deadline - Oct. 1, 2010
  • Notification of Acceptance - Nov. 30, 2010
  • Manuscripts Drafts - Jan. 4, 2011
  • Final Manuscripts - Feb. 8, 2011
  • Visuals Draft - Feb. 15, 2011
  • Final Draft of Visuals - Mar. 15, 2011

Late Paper Submission: A limited number of late breaking full-length manuscripts will be considered on a space available basis. Completed manuscripts may be submitted until January 4, 2011.

Awards: In addition to the Best & Outstanding Presentations and the Best Poster award, IRPS will be presenting a Best Student Presentation.

Student Paper Award Guidelines: To qualify for the student paper award, the IRPS oral presentation must be given by a student and the first author must be that same student. Please indicate during abstract submission if you would like to be considered for this award.
