Registration
IRPS RegistrationAdvance Registration for 2013 IRPS is now closed.
For early registration, you may register on-line NO LATER THAN March 31 to qualify for the early registration price. After March 31 you will need to register on-site only. Payments may be made by major credit card, check, or at the door.
NEW for 2013, IRPS is offering a bundled registration with a savings of $100. If a registrant registers for the Technical Program, both the Sunday and Monday Tutorials and the Year in Review, they will pay $100 less than if they registered for these items separately. The bundled registration is not available to students. If you are registering as a student, you will receive a confirmation with a verification file attached for you and your advisor to fill out. Follow the instructions in the letter for returning to the IRPS conference office.

CANCELLATION POLICY: You are encouraged to register in advance for your own convenience. Due to printing and hotel commitments, refunds requested after March 30, 2013 cannot be guaranteed. A $40.00 processing fee will be withheld from ALL refunds.
The Year-In-Review program will be held Monday afternoon.
If you are not already an IEEE member, we encourage you to join. You can apply online at www.ieee.org/join/. To qualify for the
IEEE member registration, you must be a member of IEEE prior to registering for the Symposium.
Payment of the Technical Program registration fee entitles the registrant to one copy of the Program Handout,
one copy of the Proceedings on a flash drive, entrance to the technical sessions, workshops, exhibit hall, reception, and
posters. Technical Program registration does not include entrance to the Tutorials on Sunday and
Monday, or the Year in Review on Monday.
Confirmations will be sent out to all conference registrants.
Conference Publications
Payment of the Single Day Tutorials registration fee entitles the registrant to entrance to the tutorial day registered for and one copy of the tutorial materials for that day.
Payment of Both Days Tutorial registration fee entitles the registrant to entrance to the tutorials on both Sunday and Monday, one copy of the tutorial materials for each day.
If any copies of the Tutorial materials are left over they will be offered for sale on Tuesday, the day after the tutorials. You are encouraged to attend the tutorials to get the tutorial publications.
Year-In-Review visuals booklet (printed) comes with YIR registration.
Proceedings on a USB flash drive comes with registration for the technical sessions. Extra copies may be ordered during online or onsite registration or later using the Past Publications Order Form.
Virtual Year-In-Review on a USB flash drivemay be ordered during online or onsite registration or later using the Past Publications Order Form. Ships ~30 days after the conference.
Virtual Symposium on a USB flash drivemay be ordered during online or onsite registration or later using the Past Publications Order Form. Ships ~120 days after the conference. Because editing and rendering video (over 49 hours of presentations from two cameras) takes time an interim shipment of the draft pdfs of the visuals (powerpoint) on either a CD-ROM or DVD-ROM will be shipped ~21 days after the conference.
