Here is the list of important dates that authors should keep in mind as the symposium approaches.

• Wednesday, August 12, 2026: Submission site opens

• Monday, October 12, 2026: Abstract submissions due for regular oral and poster consideration

• Monday, November 9, 2026: Submission creation due for Invited Speakers

• Friday, December 18, 2026: Abstract acceptance communicated to authors

• Monday, January 4, 2027: Late News submission site will open

• Monday, January 18, 2027: Late News submission deadline

• Thursday, January 21, 2027: Author Schedules will be sent

• Friday, January 29, 2027: Final paper & eCF due from authors / Presenter registration due (Regular and Invited Speakers - Presenting authors must register for the symposium and present in person)

• Tuesday, February 2, 2027: Author presentation instructions will be sent

• Tuesday, February 2, 2027: Late News author notices will be sent

• Tuesday, February 9, 2027: Late News registration & eCF due

• Thursday, February 25, 2027: Final presentations uploaded to Underline site
