To complete your registration in several easy steps, please click below to be redirected to a secure partner website, containing information about registration fees and registration options. Please note that the registration fees are the same for both in-person attendance and virtual attendance.
Conference Policies
Cancellation Policy: All refund/cancellation requests must be provided in writing and received by Feb 20, 2026. There will be an administrative fee of US$100 deducted from each refund.
Substitution Policy: All requests to substitute another person on an existing registration must be submitted in writing to the following email address IRPSreg@ieee.org no later than Mar 7, 2026.
Author Information
Author Registration Deadline: Jan. 30, 2026
Each Author Registration is valid for unlimited paper submissions.
The presenting author must present in-person at the conference. Virtual presentations are not available.
For accompanying persons
For security purposes, badges must be worn at all times while onsite.
Each non-student registrant of the technical program may bring one companion who is not an author or presenter.
Companion registration includes access to the Poster Reception only. Companions will not have access to technical sessions, other social events, or any food and beverage offerings.
