Here is the list of important dates that authors should keep in mind as the symposium approaches.

• Wednesday, August 13, 2025: Submission site opens

• Sunday, October 12, 2025: Abstract submissions deadline

• Monday, November 10, 2025: Submission creation due for Invited Speakers

• Saturday, December 16, 2025: Abstract acceptance communicated to authors

• Friday, January 2, 2026: Late News submission site will open

• Monday, January 5, 2026: Draft manuscripts due to Mentors (regular and invited speakers)

• Friday, January 16, 2026: Late News submission deadline

• Friday, January 16, 2026: Mentors provide feedback to authors (regular and invited speakers)

• Thursday, January 22, 2026: Author Schedules will be sent

• Friday, January 30, 2026: Final paper & eCF due from authors / Presenter registration due (regular and invited speakers - Presenting authors must register for the symposium)

• Tuesday, February 3, 2026: Author presentation instructions will be sent

• Tuesday, February 3, 2026: Late News author notices will be sent

• Monday, February 9, 2026: Late News registration & eCF due

• Tuesday, February 10, 2026: Visual drafts due to Mentors

• Tuesday, February 17, 2026: Visual feedback to authors from Mentors 

• Thursday, February 26, 2026: Final presentation visuals and video uploaded to Underline site
