• January 20, 2023 | Draft manuscripts due to mentors

• January 23, 2023 | Late News submission deadline

• January 27, 2023 | Manuscript feedback to authors

• February 10, 2023 | Final manuscript & copyright forms due

• February 10, 2023 | Presenting authors must register for the symposium

• February 20, 2023 | Visual drafts due to Session Chairs

• February 27, 2023 | Visual feedback to authors from Session Chairs

• March 3, 2023 | Final presentation visuals and video uploaded to Underline site
