Preparing and Uploading Your Oral Presentation & Poster

For both Oral and Poster presentations, your PDF presentation and pre-recorded video, must be uploaded to the link found on Page 9 of the Recording Instructions no later than Sunday, February 28th 2021.

If you have not done so already, be sure to complete the Presentation Poll as well.

Detailed instructions for Oral Presentations:

Before you get started, it is important that you read the IRPS 2021 Audio/Visual Presentation Standards & Templates available in PDF and PPTX formats, to ensure that your presentation at the Symposium is readable, and the clarity and impact of your message is maximized. You may also consult with your session chair. Final slide presentations must be uploaded in PDF format only.

Author’s Corner:

The author’s corner is a highlight of IRPS in which we set aside time for attendees to ask the author extended questions. It is mandatory for all authors of regular technical sessions to attend. In this virtual conference format, we have created a special web room for attendees to congregate and ask the author questions. Full instructions on how to get to the authors’ corner will be posted shortly before the conference starts.

Poster Session:

Wednesday, March 24th 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM Pacific Daylight Time (PDT)

For the virtual conference, each poster author must submit either a set of PDF slides or a poster format PDF. In addition, each poster author is required to record a 5-20 minute video presenting their poster. Do not go over 20 minutes for your recorded poster presentation. Please follow the same author instructions as oral presentations. It is mandatory for each poster presenter to be present during the poster session to participate in live discussions with the attendees.

Important Dates:

See the Author timeline for important dates regarding manuscript and platform submissions, as well as author registration.. These dates are critical to successfully presenting your work at IRPS.

Registration for the presenting author is required.
